InspectionAide is a custom solution we provided to Hargrove Inspections, a home inspection company here in the Augusta area. They needed to upgrade their automation from their current product, which was web based, to something they could use on their iPad devices in the field, but still be able to utilize shared data between inspectors and the company administrative staff and owners. InspectionAide was the answer.
This consolidated solution captures data on iPad devices in the field, completely without any need for network connections. This was important for the customer, since home inspections can often take place in remote locations without network connectivity. When the inspectors have completed their tasks, the solution provides synchronization of their data back to the hosted solution, together with any photographs or video they may have shot while on location. A PDF can be produced either on site or back at the office, showing the homeowner the findings.
