Well, that was a sudden shift. Almost overnight, it seems, businesses that were humming along with a great economic environment have come to a screeching halt. And even if your business was deemed “essential” (like ours), many of your customers may not have been. No customers, no revenue, so we all go into “hunker down” mode.
